Tuition Payments

Tuition is due in-full at time of registration. It may be paid through our website (Paypal) or by check (payable to ThinkingItalian). We offer one "Free tryout class". If you'll decide to stay in the class, you will be charged for it.

No additional fees:

No additional fees: We do not require any registration fee because we rely on your commitment. Besides, our fee includes class material and a personal binder where each child will collect his/her work. We kindly ask the parents to make sure the kids bring the binder in each class.

Discounts:

ThinkingItalian offers a 10% discount for full sibling registrations

Absence and Make-up Classes

Please let us know in advance if your child will be absent. Classes are deliberately kept small, and each child's presence is important to the balance of the group. Missed classes will not be refunded and there are no make ups for the program. However, the teacher will provide the child all the classroom work and a review of the missed class content

Withdrawal and Refunds

There are no credits or refunds for withdrawals after the child's second class. There will be no refunds, credits or prorated discounts for any other reason including but not limited to partial course attended, vacation, illness and/or cancellations due to inclement weather.

Class Cancellation

In the event of unforeseen circumstances/weather, we will contact you (by email) if classes are cancelled. In case of inclement weather, we will do our best to schedule a make-up class, space & availability permitting, within the same semester as the missed class. If that would be impossible, you will receive a refund for that class. In the event that your course is cancelled due to low enrollment (minimum 5 children), the whole tuition will be refunded.

Parent Participation and Responsibility

Parents and caregivers are kindly asked to wait in the waiting area during the children's class. Parents will be constantly informed by the teacher about the class content and everything related to the class and their own child.

Medical Emergencies

Although under direct visual supervision at all times, a child might fall, trip, bump, etc. In case of injury, all costs associated with injuries to the child will be the responsibility of the parent. You or your family insurance is/are responsible for the cost of medical help or treatment due to accidents or illness while in your child is in our care. We are not certified to administer any medication. We cannot give children any prescription or non-prescription medication.
